Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original packaging

• Free from damage or signs of wear

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your package. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized items or custom-made jewelry are not eligible for returns unless defective.
